I also I’m a great leader I love helping people and hosting training and giving people the knowledge they deserve. I’m also very good at enforcing rules and can help out the lower ranks and or ranks higher than me. Why should we pick you other applicants:  I want to join the sheriff's office because I know many of the people in the sheriff and also I would love to help out many people within the sheriff office. Also, I want to join because I think I can provide a sheriff who is going to perform 110% all the time and put my heart on the table to overall make the department a better place for people to learn and have fun while doing so. Do you have any past experience in this field: Yes, I was a lieutenant on BCDOJRP within the sheriff department! All of our departments we expect full respect and maturity at all times, explain a time where you were put under pressure but you dealt with the situation well: Well once I did a 10-11 on these sovereign citizens and they refused to get out of the vehicle (I was taking them due to a fake license) so I called in my supervisor to deal with it they still wouldn’t listen so we proceeded with trying to break the window with our batons and they still wouldn’t leave so at this point we just pulled them out and put them under arrest. I very much kept my cool because they were acting like they owned the place and I kept control of the situation as well as I could. Do you understand to respect your CoC and Higher-ups: Yes, Sir!
