What are the duties of a staff member: To make sure that new players feel welcome to the server also to make sure that the server is clean of failrp. They answer questions that new player may have.
What can you contribute to the staff team: I can try and be on everyday and enforce the rules. Most of the time that im either on or away from my PC Im on my phone so I can also be active on the discord making sure there isn’t drama or people mass pinging because when i get a ping i am quick to answer .
Have you got any experience as staff: I haven’t ever been staff on any other servers but I have a good idea on what the expectations are to be a staff member.
What would you do if a player reported someone for being racist but has no proof: I will tell the person to stop being racist if they are and then I will spectate the player and make sure that the player isnt being racist and if he is i will kick or ban him depending on what he is saying
What would the punishment be for someone who is blowing up cars: I would first tp them to me and tell them to stop going over the rules with them again and then let them go I will then spectate them for a set amount of time and make sure that they don't do it again and if they do, I will give them a kick and then if it keeps happening then the punishment will keep getting worse and worse.
What would you do if someone is advertising links in the in game chat: I would kick them for advertising.
Explain what Chain of command is: Chain of command is like lets say there is a police department lets say the ranks are

Lets say that the probationary has a question. He will go to the next rank to ask the question or if the question cant be answered by him he will go to the next rank and so on and so forth.
